The Fujitsu STYLISTIC Q704 hybrid tablet has many security features delivered through the Workplace Protect solution.
The device has two biometric devices:
- Fingerprint Sensor
- Face Recognition
Due to fingerprint scanner problems with Q704, I chose the Face Recognition as my primary biometric verification method.
Best Practices
- If you use eyeglasses, do not enable blink detection. The recognition may fail or become unreliable.
- Enable automatic screen lock by checking the Lock the session if I am no longer in front of this computer if you have the habit of leaving desk.
- Since the webcam wakes up and checks image periodically (blue led) for automatic screen lock, it drains the battery faster. Avoid it if you rely on your battery life.
